Triple Work Modes

The EinScan Rigil offers three operation modes to unlock max performance and flexibility

Standalone Mode: No PC connection required, all scanning and processing tasks are completed directly on the hardware.
Wireless PC Mode: Leveraging built-in Wi-Fi 6, enables seamless wireless scanning and allows connection to a powerful computer, optimizing performance for complex tasks and large data volumes.
Wired PC Mode: Maintaining availability, maximum scanning speed, and data volume in complex network environments.

Hybrid Light Source

2 separate groups of cameras are speciﬁcally designed to capture diﬀerent light sources respectively.

Dynamic Laser Switching

Two laser scan modes can be switched during the scanning process, and the data can be merged to achieve speed and detail in one scanning project.

Marker-Free Laser Scanning

EinScan Rigil features a special tracking algorithm, which provides marker-free blue laser scanning through a Laser + IR hybrid scan mode currently available in EXScan Rigil software. This enables better efficiency than traditional marker-based laser scanning and better data quality than marker-free IR scanning.

Full Color Texture Scanning

Equipped with a 5MP high-deﬁnition camera that can restore high-quality texture details, allowing designers, engineers, and artists to maintain a high fidelity of the model during the digitization process, providing more precise information for subsequent analysis and creation.

Cutting Plane Tool

The Cutting Plane Tool lets you easily cut and clean up 3D models by drawing a line, automatically repairing the mesh and aligning coordinates as needed.

Mirror

The Mirror tool quickly makes a symmetrical copy of your 3D mesh for efficient design, repair, or reverse engineering.

Flip Normal

The Flip Normal tool corrects inverted surfaces so 3D models display properly.

Remove Small Floating Parts

This tool automatically removes small noise fragments from scan data, making mesh cleanup easy for 3D printing or reverse engineering.
