- Single probe tip is ideal for testing surface mount and small components. Easier to use than traditional twintipped probes
- Probe tips and banana plugs are gold plated Beryllium Copper for low contact resistance
- Banana plug and probe tip are connected to the shield of the coaxial cables to reduce electrostatic interference
- Compatible with Hewlett-Packard, Keithley and most 4 wire test instruments with double banana jack inputs
- Probe overmolded with Santoprene® rubber for handling comfort, added insulation protection and cable strain relief
