Terms of Trading Agreement

Payment of all accounts is strictly 30 days nett from the end of the month of purchase. Any expenses or costs incurred by Laserman Technologies in recovering any outstanding monies shall be met by the Applicant (this will not apply to cases where non-payment of an account is entirely due to fault on the part of Laserman Technologies). Laserman Technologies reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 15% per annum on all overdue accounts.
Property in the Products shall remain vested in Laserman Technologies until payment in full (purchase price plus GST) has been paid.
In the event of default by the Applicant of any of the trading terms, Laserman Technologies shall be entitled to: terminate any credit arrangement with the Applicant, and retake possession of the Products supplied to the Applicant; vary the terms of the credit arrangement with the Applicant.
The signatories to the agreement authorise Laserman Technologies to conduct credit inquiries on them through named Trade References and/or through a credit reporting agency. The signatories understand that this information can include any information about their credit worthiness, credit standing, credit history or credit capacity that credit providers and credit reporting agencies are allowed to give or receive from each other under the Privacy Act 1988 and amendments thereto.

I/We the undersigned hereby warrant that the above information is true and correct and accordingly agree to adhere to the Company's attached Terms and Conditions of Sale and Director's Guarantee.

I/We declare that the credit to be provided to me/us by the credit provider is to be applied wholly or predominantly for:
